Position Overview:

ONESOURCE Companies is seeking a part time Real Estate Administrator with required AppFolio experience to support day-to-day property management operations. This role is responsible for managing tenant and landlord accounts, ensuring accurate financial processing, maintaining lease records, and coordinating maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can effectively communicate with tenants, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth property operations and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for assigned landlord and tenant accounts.
Utilize AppFolio to manage rent collection, lease administration, tenant communications, and reporting.
Process rent payments, invoices, and CAM reconciliations accurately and on time.
Maintain and update lease records, renewals, and tenant documentation within AppFolio.
Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and tenant satisfaction.
Communicate proactively with tenants and property owners regarding account updates, issues, and resolutions.
Collaborate with accounting, property managers, and field teams to ensure seamless operations.
Generate financial and operational reports for clients as needed.
Assist with budgeting, reporting, and tracking client performance metrics (e.g., satisfaction scorecards).
Support preparation of proposals, property management agreements, and related documentation.
Ensure all property records, vendor information, and maintenance schedules are current and accurate.

Qualifications:

Required: Hands-on experience with AppFolio property management software.
2+ years of experience in property management, real estate administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of property management processes, including rent collection, leases, and CAM reconciliations.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma required; additional education in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus.

Skills:

Property management software proficiency (AppFolio required).
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Financial and analytical skills related to rent, billing, and reconciliations.
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or similar tools.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing processess.
